Meet Mama Love, chef Laura Beckius. “I have always had a passion for cooking – Food is Love. In 2008 I had three small humans and a fourth on the way. Everyone’s busy schedule made cooking every night impossible. I started taking one weekend day a month and just cooking. Cooking everything from family size, lunch size, a week’s worth of individual portions to send into the office, late dinners for the kids in sports, to baby food. By 2010 when the 5th tiny human arrived, I could cook for an army. Food is love and I want to feed everyone.” Today I am here to share my love of food and passion for cooking with you.
